Migrate your license to a new device



Instructions


Note, the license migration is only possible for online licenses which we have sent to you after you have bought a license directly from me. If you have bought a license at a different place, for example at the Google Play Store, then the respecive store is responsible to migrate your license if you buy a new device. Moreover, only online licenses can be managed directly by you, if you have ordered an offline license or a volume license designed for cooperation useage then this is not the right tool for you - please contact me by using belows mail addresses.

To migrate your license you will need:
  • the device ID of the old device which you are currently using the app on (you can look the ID up at the sync app's preferences); and
  • the device ID of the new device which you plan to use the app on (you can look the ID up at the sync app's preferences); and
  • your unique license which we sent you for the respecive sync app (you can look the license up at the sync app's preferences); and
  • to know which app (CalendarSync, ContactSync, or TaskSync) you want to migrate. Note, if you are using multiple apps then you will need to migrate each one individually.
Note, you can configure the license on your new device at the app's preferences at the setting field entitled with "Google independent license".

Finally, if any questions come up then simply write a mail to calendarsync@gmx.at (for CalendarSync), consync@gmx.at (for ContactSync), or tasksync@gmx.at (for TaskSync).

Please choose for which app you want to migrate your license. If you are concurrently using multiple apps then you will have to migrate each license individually.
